A credit measures AI usage in the platform. For example, one analytics chat question uses 1 credit and generating a dashboard with AI uses 5 credits.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can buy additional credit packs anytime. Credits included in your plan do not roll over to the next month.

What does early adopter pricing mean?

Annual contracts include 2 bonus months over the reference monthly price. Preferential pricing for teams joining during early access.

Can I add extra users?

Yes. Plans include broad user access, and you can add general ($3/mo), active ($4/mo), or admin ($9–15/mo) users as needed.

What is Private Deploy / BYOK?
